After a year of using Experian ID Verification, Brompton Bike Hire were not entirely happy with the results of the ID verification, so partnered with Onfido to see if they could get a better, more accurate pass rate.
This time my job was made much easier, with Onfido supplying a React Native package for the app that could simply be installed, configured and inserted into the existing registration process, saving time and money.
The BBH backend API then received the result from Onfido via a web hook with the results, which were then pushed to the device and the user could complete registration.
I’m happy to say that Onfido provided excellent support throughout the process and this package is still in production at present.
