I’m a hard working, reliable individual with experience in a wide spectrum of web and app development languages and frameworks.
With a background in customer service and retail from my youth, I combine expertise in app and web development with excellent communication skills to provide customer satisfaction during the development life cycle.
Early in my career as a web developer at Absolute Design, I worked on converting designs (PSDs) to Wordpress themes (HTML/CSS/jQuery). This gave me a good foundation on the fundamentals and I quickly progressed on to more complex CMS’s like ExpressionEngine, Magento (1+2), OctoberCMS(Laravel) and apps frameworks like React Native.
I was privileged to be the lead developer for all work on Brompton Bike Hire. A bike hire scheme, with over 60 ‘docks’ all over the country. The project spanned multiple platforms (web, ios and android) and multiple interfaces (backend, integrations, apis) which evolved as the web did. I’m proud to say I worked on this project for over 5 years before leaving Absolute Design in 2021.
I’m now looking to build the next generation ofAppsandWeb Appsdirectly with businesses using the latest technology (React Native, React, NextJS or Gatsby). Whilst also utilizing my skills as a backend developer forAPIs,Integrations, etc.
