Integrating Salesforce CRM into Brompton Bike Hire backend (Laravel) was required so that customer information could be sent to Salesforce so BBH could automate sales and marketing strategy.
This was completed using the available REST API. Data was sent across in the appropriate JSON format when a customer was created or updated.
